服务内容
HumansLive 工具商城（shop.humanslive.ai）销售 AI 工具会员类数字商品，包括会员兑换码、领取链接、官方赠礼代开通和 Codex 手机验证码等。商品由第三方渠道提供，付款后在订单页查看卡密、兑换链接和处理进度。
ChatGPT、Gemini、X、CapCut 等名称和标志归各自权利人所有，本站与这些品牌方没有关联，只用它们来标明所售商品。
购买与付款
- 价格以商品页显示为准，人民币计价，一笔付款对应一个订单。
- 通过 Stripe 收银台付款，收款主体为 Compound Agents LLC。
- 无需注册，只需填写邮箱。订单在「查订单」里查看，卡密也会发到你的邮箱。
- 手机验证码：付款后直接进入订单页取号和看验证码。请收藏订单页，付款收据邮件里也有链接；这类订单不在「查订单」里。
交付与使用
- 商品付款后自动发货，可在订单页查看卡密、兑换链接或处理进度。
- 每件商品的适用账号条件、开通步骤和注意事项都写在商品页，下单前请先确认你的账号符合条件。
- 卡密和兑换链接只能使用一次，请勿转发或公开；因泄露导致被他人使用的，不予售后。
退款规则
- 付款后无法发货：全额退款。
- 卡密或兑换链接在使用前就已失效、无法兑换：换新的卡密，或全额退款。
- 订阅类商品在商品页写明的质保期内（例如 ChatGPT 订阅 30 天）掉订阅：按剩余天数比例退款。
- ChatGPT / Codex 手机验证码：收到验证码前可以换号；收到验证码后服务即完成，不退款（详见下方「手机验证码服务规则」）。
- 已成功兑换或开通，或者因账号不符合条件、超时未领取、卡密泄露等个人原因无法使用的，不退款。
- 虚拟商品发货后，非质量问题不支持无理由退款。
- 退款原路退回：支付宝订单在付款后 90 天内、微信支付订单在付款后 180 天内可以原路退回；超出期限的请联系我们协商处理。
手机验证码服务规则
临时号码，用于接收 OpenAI（ChatGPT 注册、Codex 登录）发送的手机验证码。在 /codex下单，付款后在订单页选择国家并获取号码，验证码直接显示在订单页上。
- ¥29.99 / 次。收到验证码前可以换号，号码用满 2 分钟后可换，每单最多 15 个号码。
- 同一号码最多再收 2 次验证码。
- 没收到验证码：自动全额退款。
- 已收到过验证码：服务已完成，不退款。

Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Service
The HumansLive shop (shop.humanslive.ai) sells digital goods for AI tool memberships: membership redemption codes, claim links, official gift activation and Codex phone verification codes. Items are supplied through third-party channels and are delivered automatically after payment; your order page shows the codes, links and progress.
ChatGPT, Gemini, X, CapCut and other names and logos belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with them and use them only to identify the items we sell.
Purchase and payment
- Prices are shown in CNY on each product page; one payment equals one order.
- Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. The merchant is Compound Agents LLC.
- No account is needed, just an email. Your order shows up under “Track order”, and the codes are also emailed to you.
- Phone verification codes: after payment you go straight to the order page to get a number and see the code. Bookmark it; the link is also in your payment receipt email. These orders do not appear under “Track order”.
Delivery and use
- Items are delivered automatically after payment; your order page shows the codes, links or progress.
- Each product page lists the account requirements, activation steps and notes; please check them before ordering.
- Codes and links can be used once. Do not share them; codes used by others after a leak are not covered.
Refunds
- If we cannot deliver after payment: full refund.
- If a code or link is invalid before use: a replacement or a full refund.
- If a subscription drops within the warranty period stated on the product page (e.g. 30 days for ChatGPT): a refund for the unused days.
- ChatGPT / Codex phone verification: you may switch numbers until a code arrives; once a code arrives the service is complete and not refundable (see “Phone verification rules” below).
- No refund once an item has been redeemed or activated, or when it cannot be used for personal reasons such as an ineligible account, a missed claim deadline or a leaked code.
- Digital goods are not refundable after delivery except for the cases above.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method: within 90 days of payment for Alipay and 180 days for WeChat Pay; after that, contact us.
Phone verification rules
A temporary number for receiving the verification code OpenAI sends (ChatGPT sign-up, Codex sign-in). Order at /codex; after payment pick a country on the order page to get a number, and the code shows on that page. ¥29.99 per order. Until a code arrives you can swap numbers (after 2 minutes each, up to 15 per order); the same number can receive at most 2 more codes. No code: automatic full refund. Once a code has been received the service is complete and not refundable.
